Client Challenge:

A bicycle insurer client wanted to increase acquisition and build trust and connection with its customer base via a tangible product.

LJS Solution:

We designed an engagement called Life Saver. LifeSaver is a modern solution to the fundamental concern that individuals have when they have an accident and are unconscious, “who will speak for me, when I can’t speak for myself”. Based on modern smartcard technology (NFC and QR codes), the card provides emergency first responders with important medical and contact information for the injured individual.

Outcomes:

The program demonstrates our client’s commitment to customers and leverages powerful marketing and engagement opportunities to increase brand value and boost customer advocacy and retention. A ‘refer a friend’ program is included.
