Our customer, the largest UK motorcycle insurance broker, wanted a fully managed customer engagement program that would increase both acquisition and retention and improve brand awareness within the closely knit, biker community.

LJS Solution:

We designed a proprietary solution that provided an insurer branded DNA+ Forensic Coding theft deterrent system to each customer on behalf of their insurance provider. This provided a low cost, tangible differentiator that customers valued because the risk of theft to a biker is considered one of the main reasons for having insurance.
